Creamy Tuna on the Go

Looking for a perfect make-ahead lunch on the go? This creamy restaurant style tuna is your new go-to. Made with my creamy dressing instead of mayo, it couldn't be easier!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup purple cabbage
  • 1/3 cup shredded carrots
  • 2–3 celery stalks
  • 4 (6-ounce) cans Solid White Albacore Tuna
  • 1/4 cup Rorie's Creamy Dressing (or to taste, depending how creamy you like it), recipe here

Directions

  1. Shred the celery in the food processor. Add the cabbage and carrots, then process for a few more seconds.
  2. Add the tuna to the food processor, then process for a few more seconds, pausing to scrape down the sides.
  3. Finally, add Rorie’s creamy dressing, then process until desired texture.
