Rories arrowroot starch is ideal for those who have trouble digesting potato starch or cornstarch.
Use cup for cup* in most recipes that call for potato starch. Use 1/3 less when substituting for cornstarch, for example use 2 teaspoons for every tablespoon (3 tsp).
*Arrowroot starch has slightly more moisture than potato starch which may alter the texture and some recipes when substituted.
