Baked Butternut Squash Fries


  • 1 package ready cut butternut squash fries (or 1 medium squash cut into sticks)
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and black paper to taste


Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the fries down in rows, at least 1/4 inch apart from each other. Spray with avocado oil and season with spices. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
