I love that this smoothie is both hydrating and satiating. Use it as a mini meal with melon as your carb, the greens as your fiber and avocado as a fat. If you’ll be using this as a meal, add more avocado and a bit of coconut oil to bulk up the fat content, plus protein powder to incorporate all four macros. Using frozen honeydew makes the smoothie thicker, more like a milkshake. Adding more milk and ice will make it more watery. Thanks to my sister Reva for sharing this instant hit!
