Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Creamy, colorful and refreshing, this will satisfy your sweet tooth without any added sugar. A delightful way to treat yourself!


  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 2-4 tbsp. almond milk

Toppings: chopped frozen or fresh fruit, crushed nuts, unsweetened coconut flakes and/or high-quality chocolate chips


Place banana, strawberries and almond butter in the bowl of a NutriBullet or food processor fitted with an S blade. Start to pulse. As the machine is pulsing, add almond milk by the tablespoonful, stopping after each addition to determine whether ice cream has reached desired consistency (less powerful machines will need more liquid and more powerful machines need less). Pulse until a thick, creamy ice cream appears. Sprinkle with toppings of your choice. Serve immediately.
