Grain Free Cookie Sticks

 1 ½ cups Rories grain free flour
 ¾ cup coconut sugar
 ½ cup avocado oil
 1 egg
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ tsp baking soda
 pinch of salt
 ½ cup chocolate chips

Cream the sugar with the wet ingredients.

Then are the dry ingredients and combine until a dough forms.

Add the chocolate chips and form the dough into 2 long narrow logs.

Place logs on a metal baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in an oven pre heated to 350 in the center rack for 20- 25 min.
Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes then slice them while still warm.
