Mix the wet ingredients with the sliced apples.
Combine the dry ingredients and fold them into the apple mixture.
Line a spring pan with parchment paper and spray the sides with oil.
Pour apple mixture into the pan and bake on a cookie sheet for 45 minutes or until golden on the top.
Allow to cool and run a knife around the sides to loosen.
Open spring pan and remove the cake.
Using parchment paper will ensure an easy removal from the spring pan.
Feel free to mix red and green apples for a less sweet outcome.
