Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

 1 cup 1 cup Rories grain free flour
 1/3- 1/2 cup coconut sugar (adjust to taste)
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ¼ tsp salt
 3 tbsp almond milk
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tsp vanilla extract
  cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl add flour, coconut sugar, baking soda and salt.

Add almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla mix to combine. Add in chocolate chips.

Roll a heaping tablespoon of dough at a time into a circle and place on the parchment paper 2 inches apart, gently press down each cookie to flatten.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Bake for 12 minutes.

Note: Store at room temp for 3 days or freeze for later use
