Vegan Jam Thumb Print Cookies

Ingredients:

 2 tbsp almond butter
 ¼ cup pure maple syrup
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp salt
 ½ tsp baking powder
 1 Rories grain free flour

Directions:

Combine almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla.

Add salt, baking powder and flour until dough forms.

Place bowl in freezer while oven preheats to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop cookies.
Using your thumb make a small indentation in the center of your cookies and spoon in 1/2 tsp of your favorite jam.

Bake 10 minutes. Cookies will be soft.
Remove from oven and let cool 5 mins before handling.
